Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward e-mails from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
